Гипотеза, гласящая, что инсулин приводит к ожирению, неверна. Углеводы сами по себе не сделают вас толстым, даже если вы потребляете их на ночь глядя. 
 
Ограничение потребления переработанных продуктов – это наилучший способ достижения стройной фигуры в долгосрочной перспективе.
