Влияние алкоголя на уровень гормонов неоднозначно. У людей, которые иногда выпивают бокал красного вина, снижается уровень стресса и кортизола. Однако злоупотребление алкоголем или выбор менее полезных алкогольных напитков приводят к нарушениям гормонального баланса и увеличению уровня эстрогена, снижению уровня тестостерона и ухудшению чувствительности к инсулину.
 
Рекомендуем вина из Сардинии и Испании, так как они содержат много антиоксидантов, помогающих выводить избыток эстрогена. Важно сочетать употребление алкоголя со здоровым питанием и не злоупотреблять им.
