Даже если мы на секунду представим, что сверхобработанные продукты питания вдруг стали питательнее и полезнее, чем природные, соевые аналоги мяса всё равно будут уступать натуральному мясу, по крайней мере, в эффективности снабжения мышц незаменимыми аминокислотами.
