Выводы
Результаты рассмотренного исследования соответствуют выводам других научных работ и говорят нам, что добавление яиц в здоровый растительный рацион не оказывает существенного влияния на биомаркеры кардиометаболического здоровья. [1][2]
Увеличение потребления яиц и пищевого холестерина может повысить ЛПНП-холестерин у некоторых людей вследствие их генетических и биологических особенностей [3][4][5], однако этот эффект не вызывает повода для беспокойства, если в целом рацион богат полиненасыщенными жирами и беден насыщенными.
