Когда потребление белка с пищей адекватно (1,6 г/кг) и обеспечивается за счет дополнительного соевого протеина, вегетарианская диета не оказывает какого-либо пагубного воздействия на прирост мышечной массы и силы у молодых людей в ответ на тренировки с отягощениями.
